The Istenič Family own 5 acres of vineyards where Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Italian Riesling, Rhine Riesling, Rumeni Plavec and Blue Franconian flourish. Their hard and professional work established them as one of the leading producer of the sparkling wines in Slovenia by using a traditional method of production. They extended their offer to the premium wines, balsamic and wine vinegar and as such satisfying the most demanding gourmets. They have more than 300,000 bottles of sparkling wine in stock at all times.

Speciality They pay special attention to the culture of drinking sparkling wine. A tasting room can house up to 80 guests. Their aspiration is to educate as many people as possible and elevate the culture of wine in Slovenia. Any admirer of their sparkling wines can become a member of their Wine Amateur’s Club. They serve cold cuts with wine and upon prior arrangement they also offer a wide selection of warm dishes. Guests that are enjoying sparkling wines are invited on a tour of their cellar where the production of wines takes place. It is also convenient to buy wine at favourable prices.
